What was the issue you wished to solve?

Following the demise of our previous CRM system that had stopped getting support from its providers in July 2023, we required a quick and effective solution to bring our two organisations into a single functional system, incorporating all aspects of our work as a CVS. As part of our ongoing monitoring we are required to provide a quarterly report to each of our funders, something that takes our team up to a week to complete. This was a considerable drain on hours for our teams and required a great deal of manual collation of data.

How did Aide solve it?

Aide CRM has enabled us to make use of the system to provide an automatically generated set of reports with a variety of ways to display the data (charts, graphs, word documents). With Aide CRM, we have been able to store all the of our supported organisation's data more easily, and it better supports our abilities with reporting and promotion of volunteering and community development events. Additionally working closely with other system partners, such as Team Kinetic, we have been able to develop a single source of truth for our organisation data.

How long did it take to solve, once installed?

Aide CRM is such an intuitive, user-friendly system that it took a relatively short amount of time for our staff to get to grips with it, and to learn how to use it to our advantage.  Within days staff were generating reports, adding supported organisations,

What has been the result?

For our staff, they were able to substantially reduce the amount of time spent on the generation of quarterly reports, creation of newsletters for our partners and clients, and also record keeping of information from the organisations that we support.
