What was the issue you wished to solve?

As a CVS, we had struggled for a number of years to find the right CRM for us. We always settled with what we thought we could get the most out of but have never had the ability to use something that either didn’t need extensive knowledge in coding to build or spending a small fortune on someone to build a bespoke system. We needed an easy to use, cloud-based CRM that could be easily and quickly implemented with our staff and something that would enable us to streamline our reporting and evaluation process by giving us easy to access, quality data.

How did Aide solve it?

From the first moment we were shown a demo of AideCRM we were impressed. We quickly realised that Aide would not only give us an intuitive, sleek, and easy to use CRM but also has all the flexibility you could need to implement all those bespoke sections tailored to your organizational needs. AideCRM gave us the ability to streamline how we record our data and ensure the output for reporting and evaluation was the highest quality.

How long did it take to solve, once installed?

We had been using our previous CRM for a number of years and consistently had to remind staff to input data as there was a reluctance to use the system due to it not being user friendly. Staff would compile their data to enter at the end of each quarter just to avoid using it regularly. Within a month of implementing Aide, our staff had shown an incredible shift in attitude towards data entry. 

What has been the result?

At the end of the first three months of using Aide, our staff team had input more pieces of monitoring than the entire year previous. We are now 14 months into using AideCRM and there has been no drop off in data input. We had set a timeline to implement all elements of AideCRM with the staff that we had to bring forward due to the willingness and enjoyment the staff were getting from using AideCRM as their CRM. We have also had the ability to completely re-design our reporting and evaluation process having access to a greater quantity and quality of data through Aide that we no longer have to spend time chasing staff to provide. Aide has been a breath of fresh air for our organisation and have given us the opportunity to showcase the work we do in the way it deserves.
