I have found working with AideCRM a positive experience in that the team are patient and listen to our questions and give full answers. I am also reassured that it is regularly checked from a cyber security perspective, and that data security is a top priority for AideCRM. Also I think that Aide understand the sort of work that a CVS does.

Generally the interface is very clear and user friendly, especially compared to our old CRM. There's some great features which really enhance our work. The support response time is very good and feel the team understand the sector well.

Setting up of our Wellbeing within AideCRM was particularly useful  - done in short order but has evolved into a very useful tool. Our membership within AideCRM has been invaluable in enabling us to expand our reach through merger and keep tabs on everyone we're working with across a larger area.

AideCRM saves us unbelievable amounts of time and effort when quarterly reporting comes around. Down from a working week to less than a morning. It is extremely intuitive, everything we need to carry out our work is in one place. The Pipe Media team are extremely proactive (and very patient). I would thoroughly recommend any other CVS organisation to use this excellent system.
