Our team has been busy working behind the scenes on the latest update for AideCRM. This update includes some really handy tools such as address autocomplete, plus an all new Campaigns Report and customisable forms.

Address Autocomplete

With our new address autocomplete feature you can now start typing for an address and we’ll suggest addresses that match. On selecting an address AideCRM will then fill in all the different fields (e.g. Address Line 1, Postcode etc) for you.

Unlike some other platforms, you don’t need to sign up for a separate service or pay for lookups – it’s all included.

Additional Fields – Projects and Room Bookings

We’ve extended the Additional Fields functionality to include Projects and Room Bookings. This means you can now set up Additional Fields for your Projects and Room Bookings.

For Projects this is in addition to Project Types – which apply to specific types of projects, whereas Project Additional Fields apply to all projects.

Campaigns Report

Campaigns is a hugely popular feature in AideCRM and we currently send over 1.5 million emails a year. Until now there wasn’t an easy way to get an overview of all your Campaigns and Subscribers. Now we’ve added a brand new Campaigns Report.

The report provides an overview of all your Campaigns within the date range including the deliveries and opens. It also analyses your subscribers to show the number of new subscribers per list and those who have left too.

We have also updated the individual reporting for each Campaign to include more statistics and percentages for key metrics, such as open rates.

Activity Feed

When Organisation and Contact activity feeds include lots of emails they can become difficult to read, therefore we’ve revised the layout meaning emails are now better displayed and everything’s a bit easier to digest.

Customise the appearance of Surveys and Event Booking Forms

We’re excited to release our new customisation options for Surveys and Event Booking Forms. This means you can now upload your logo and apply your branding colours to public facing forms. This helps maintain your brand consistency with your website.

We’ve also updated a few other things:

  • The Event Bookings export now includes the name of the organisation for the contact.
  • When sending an email using CC and BCC options you can now search for existing contacts along with the option to still enter email addresses manually.
  • When editing a room booking the new date and time will now be checked and any potential overlapping bookings will be listed.
  • We’ve added a new API endpoint for Organisation Additional Addresses – one for the PowerBI users.
  • Added a new Integrations page in Settings including the Stripe and PayPal integrations – we’ll be adding more integrations in coming releases.
  • The Monitoring Report now includes a breakdown by Project and the Monitoring Export includes any Projects selected too.
